Does Plus include unlimited clinicians?
No. Each additional clinician costs approximately $59/month on top of the $99 base Plus fee. There is no unlimited clinician option.
Can I downgrade from Plus to Essential?
Yes. Go to Settings > Practice > Plan info > Change plan. The downgrade takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You will lose the client portal, professional website, group telehealth, group appointments, ability to add clinicians, and premium phone support. All other Essential features remain.
Is Plus worth it for a solo therapist?
Generally no, unless you specifically need the client portal or group telehealth. The $20/month premium over Essential ($240/year) is hard to justify for features most solo therapists do not use regularly.
